Exhibition Freight Requires Overview and Timing
As the official on-site freight forwarder at OCC, MESSE LOGISTIK ApS welcomes you to Elektronikmessen.
MESSE LOGISTIK ApS plans and manages all forklift, logistics and transport services in the exhibition halls, giving exhibitors maximum time for stand construction and preparation.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your requirements and requests to ensure everything is arranged well in advance.
In addition to the above, MESSE LOGISTIK ApS also offers:
- Loading and unloading with forklift
- Receipt of additional freight for Elektronikmessen
- Storage of empty packaging during the exhibition
- Manpower assistance
- National transport to and from the exhibition

Delivery of Goods to Your Stand
All shipments to your stand must be labelled and addressed with the following information:
Hall and stand number (as stated in your contract)
Company name, Elektronikmessen 2026
Contact person and mobile number

Please note that no receipt will be issued upon delivery. Carriers will instead be directed to the relevant stand area upon arrival.
